BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 056/97 SUBJECT: GENERAL MANAGEMENT - TABLE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE COLLECTION OF COMMISSIONS AND OTHER REVENUES IN THE 1997 MANAGEMENT.

CONSIDERING: That in accordance with what is established in article 54, subsection n) of Law 1670, the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia must formulate policies regarding the internal management of the BCB, supervising its execution. That the rates that the Central Bank of Bolivia charges for the provision of banking and financial services are intended to cover their respective operating costs. That it is necessary to periodically adjust the Table of Terms and Conditions for the Collection of Commissions and Other Revenues, in order to adapt the rates to the real conditions of the market.

Therefore, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA

RESOLVES: //2. B.R. No. 056/97

Article 1.- Approve the Table of Terms and Conditions for the Collection of Commissions and Other Revenues for the 1997 management, attached to this Resolution, which will enter into force starting from February 1, 1997.

Article 2.- The Presidency and the General Management are charged with executing this Resolution.
