2020-10-13 | RESOLUCIONES DE DIRECTORIO Nº 106/2020Added · Updated
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia amends Article 23 of the Internal Regulations for Operations through the ALADI Reciprocal Payments and Credits Agreement to update the maximum tenor of instruments based on credit ratings. The amendment replaces the previous Moody's Latin America rating scale with the Moody's Local scale (e.g., AAA.bo, AA+.bo) and aligns it with AESA Ratings to determine instrument tenors ranging from 6 months to 5 years. Authorized institutions holding multiple credit ratings must apply the lower rating to determine the applicable maximum tenor.
