REV, {de-A ei4-f,iee; BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 175/2014 SUBJECT: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT - APPROVES TABLE OF COMMISSIONS FOR SERVICES AND TABLE OF FINES OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA FOR THE 2015 FISCAL YEAR.

HAVING SEEN: Law 1670 of October 31, 1995, of the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB). The Statute of the BCB approved by Board Resolution No. 128/2005 of October 21, 2005, and subsequent modifications. Board Resolution No. 175/2013 of December 10, 2013, which approves the Table of Commissions for Services and the Table of Fines of the BCB for the 2014 fiscal year. The Report from the International Operations Management BCB-GOI-SOEXT-DOCC-INF-2014-28 of November 26, 2014. The Report from the Legal Affairs Management BCB-GAL-SANO-INF-2014-571 of November 28, 2014.

CONSIDERING: That according to article 54, subsection n) of Law No. 1670, it is the responsibility of the Board to formulate policies regarding the internal management of the BCB, supervising its execution. That according to article 11, numeral 45) of the Statute of the BCB, the Board has among its powers the authority to set annually the table of commissions to be charged for the services it provides. That the International Operations Management, according to Report BCB-GOI-SOEXT-DOCC-INF-2014-28, states that the commissions charged by the BCB for the provision of banking and financial services are intended to cover their respective operational costs; therefore, it is necessary to periodically adjust these commissions to align them with current market conditions. That as expressed in Report BCB-GAL-SANO-INF-2014-571, in the opinion of the Legal Affairs Management, there is no legal impediment for the Board to consider the approval of the Tables of Service Commissions and Fines of the BCB for the 2015 fiscal year.

THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Approve the Table of Commissions for Services and the Table of Fines of the Central Bank of Bolivia for the 2015 fiscal year, which forms an integral part of this Resolution as an annex, and which will enter into force as of January 2, 2015.

Article 2.- As of January 2, 2015, Board Resolution No. 175/2013 is hereby repealed, along with all provisions contrary to this Resolution.

Article 3.- The Presidency and General Management are charged with the execution and compliance of this Resolution.
