The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves the Service Commission and Fine Tables for the 2019 fiscal year, effective January 2, 2019. This resolution supersedes Board Resolution No. 181/2017 and establishes specific fees for international operations, treasury services, and transactional accounts, alongside penalties for non-compliance such as insufficient funds or late reporting. These charges and fines apply to public sector entities, financial institutions, cooperatives, and other regulated entities interacting with the Central Bank.
SUBJECT: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT – APPROVES THE TABLE OF COMMISSIONS FOR SERVICES AND THE TABLE OF FINES OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA FOR THE 2019 FISCAL YEAR.

Article 1.- Approve the Table of Commissions for Services and the Table of Fines of the Central Bank of Bolivia for the 2019 fiscal year, which is attached as an annex to this Resolution, and which will enter into effect starting January 2, 2019.
Article 2.- Starting January 2, 2019, Board Resolution No. 181/2017 and all provisions contrary to this Resolution are hereby repealed.
Article 3.- The Presidency and General Management are charged with the execution and compliance of this Resolution.
