The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves the Service Commission and Fine Tables for the 2018 fiscal year, effective January 2, 2018. This resolution supersedes Board Resolutions No. 232/2016 and No. 039/2017, establishing specific fee structures for international operations, treasury services, and financial transaction accounts, as well as penalties for non-compliance such as insufficient funds or late reporting.
SUBJECT: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT – APPROVES THE TABLE OF COMMISSIONS FOR SERVICES AND THE TABLE OF FINES OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA FOR THE 2018 FISCAL YEAR.

Article 1.- Approve the Table of Commissions for Services and the Table of Fines of the Central Bank of Bolivia for the 2018 fiscal year, which forms part of this Resolution as an annex, and which will enter into force as of January 2, 2018.
Article 2.- As of January 2, 2018, Board Resolutions Nos. 232/2016 and 039/2017 are repealed, as well as all provisions contrary to this Resolution.
Article 3.- The Presidency and General Management are charged with the execution and compliance of this Resolution.
