Board Resolutions No. 018/2016
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia amends the 2016 Service Commission Table by increasing the fee for outgoing fund transfers to the financial system from 1.00% to 1.60% and reducing the fee for incoming fund transfers from 0.60% to 0.00%. The revised fee structure explicitly includes BCB remittance operations and diplomatic transfers in the zero-fee category for incoming funds. These modifications enter into force on February 3, 2016, for outgoing transfers, and February 10, 2016, for incoming transfers.
SUBJECT: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT - APPROVES MODIFICATION OF THE COMMISSION TABLE FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA FOR THE 2016 MANAGEMENT PERIOD.

Board Resolution No. 223/2015 of December 8, 2015, which approves the Commission Table for Services of the Central Bank of Bolivia for the 2016 management period.
Report from the International Operations Department BCB-GOI-INF-2016-01 of January 18, 2016.
Report from the Legal Affairs Department BCB-GAL-SANO-DLBCI-INF-2016-13 of January 19, 2016.
CONSIDERING:
That according to Article 11, numeral 45) of the BCB Statute, the Board of Directors has among its powers the authority to establish the Commission Table to be charged for the services it provides.
That the International Operations Department, in its Report BCB-GOI-INF-2016-01, recommends to the Board of Directors the modification of the Commission Table for Services for the 2016 management period.
That according to Report BCB-GAL-SANO-DLBCI-INF-2016-13 from the Legal Affairs Department, there is no legal impediment for the BCB Board of Directors to approve the modification of the Commission Table for Services for the 2016 management period.
THEREFORE,
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA
RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Approve the following modifications in the Commission Table for Services of the Central Bank of Bolivia for the 2016 management period:

Article 2.- The modification established in point 2 of Article 1 of this Resolution shall enter into force on February 3, 2016.
Article 3.- The modification of point 3 of Article 1 of this Resolution shall enter into force from February 10, 2016.
Article 4.- The Presidency and the General Management are charged with the execution and compliance of this Resolution.
