Dear Sir,
In the context of completing registration on the "Postal Vote BD" app for voting through IT-supported postal ballot in the upcoming 13th National Parliamentary Election and Referendum, 2026, advice is hereby given to recommend that voters (if any) from among your bank's employees/officials assigned to election duties complete their registration on the "Postal Vote BD" app without delay after their appointment.
This is issued in light of a letter received from the Election Commission Secretariat, referencing Memorandum No. 53.00.0000.000.211.99.0002.21.998 dated 22 December 2025 of the Public Institutions Department, Ministry of Public Administration, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
