Dear Sir,
Regarding the display of public awareness banners on the referendum concerning constitutional reform proposals registered in the July National Charter 2025.
In light of the letter from the Chief Adviser's Office dated January 5, 2026, with reference number 03.00.0000.000.039.16.0003.25-90, regarding the subject cited above, it is advised to take necessary arrangements to print two vertical banners (as per Annex-1 and 2) for public awareness on the referendum concerning constitutional reform proposals registered in the July National Charter 2025, and to display them in conspicuous locations at all branches/sub-branches of your bank.
