BRPD Circular Letter No. 05: Resumption of the banking business of The Oriental Bank Limited
The moratorium order for The Oriental Bank Limited is withdrawn effective 5 May 2008, allowing the resumption of its banking business. This action follows a notification dated 22 April 2008 issued by the Ministry of Finance. All scheduled banking companies functioning in Bangladesh are required to acknowledge receipt and take necessary actions regarding this withdrawal.
