BRPD Circular Letter No. 09: Observing the Martyrs' Day and International Mother Language Day

Dear Sir,
Context of Celebrating Martyrs' Day and International Mother Language Day 2024
In view of the appropriate respect for the celebration of the Great Martyrs' Day and International Mother Language Day 2024, you are hereby instructed to implement the following instructions:
a) On February 21, 2024, national flags of the correct size and color must be hoisted in bank buildings in the correct manner;
b) Flags must be raised at sunrise and lowered at sunset; and
c) Correct rules must be followed when lowering the flags.
- These instructions are issued under the powers granted by Section 45 of the Companies Act, 1991.
