Dear Sir,

Regarding the adoption of precautionary measures to ensure the safety of the bank's business centers.

We draw your attention to the guidelines issued through BRPD Circular No. 07, dated 5 July 2015, regarding ensuring the safety of bank branches, and BRPD Circular No. 09, dated 17 September 2015, to further strengthen and effectively address IT-related risks.

  1. You are specifically instructed to ensure the cyber security and overall security of all business centers of the bank, as well as critical installations, during the holiday days declared for the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr.

  2. It is advised to arrange for surprise inspections of branches by duty officers after the end of daily bank operations and during nighttime. For the holiday days declared for Eid-ul-Fitr, measures should be taken to monitor security through a rotation system involving the duty officers of the branches to ensure the safety of the bank's IT systems, various facilities, and vaults. It is also advised to maintain close coordination with nearby police stations (i.e., police stations), RAB offices, and other law enforcement agencies near all business centers of the bank and critical installations.

Yours faithfully,

(A.K.M. Amzad Hossain) General Manager Phone: 9530252 Ext No.: B.R.P.D.P.P
