Dear Sir,
Reference is made to the subject cited above.
Attention is drawn to BRPD Circular No. 16 dated October 30, 2018, on the subject cited above.
In order to make the credit risk management of banks more effective and timely, the "Guidelines on Internal Credit Risk Rating Systems for Banks" issued through the aforementioned circular is hereby partially revised.
Furthermore, alongside the "Credit Risk Grading Manual" issued through BRPD Circular No. 18/2005, the "Guidelines on Internal Credit Risk Rating Systems for Banks" and the attached model will remain in simultaneous operation until September 30, 2019, instead of the previous date of June 30, 2019.
From October 1, 2019, it must be ensured that the newly formulated guidelines and model are implemented mandatorily.
