BRPD Circular Letter No. 12: Name change of National Bank Limited to National Bank PLC
The Bangladesh Bank has officially changed the name of National Bank Limited to National Bank PLC in the list of scheduled banks, effective from Tuesday, 13 Jyeshtha, 1432 (May 27, 2025), pursuant to Section 11C(c) of the Companies Act, 1994. This action is implemented via Notification No. BRPD(LS-1)/745(15)/2025-6508, a copy of which is attached to the circular for the information and necessary action of all Managing Directors/Chief Executive Officers of scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh.
