Bank Company (Amendment) Act, 2013.
A copy of the Bank Company (Amendment) Act, 2013 (Act No. 27 of 2013), enacted to further amend the Bank Company Act, 1991 (Act No. 14 of 1991), which was published in the Bangladesh Gazette Extraordinary on July 22, 2013, is enclosed herewith. It is advised that you ensure compliance by informing all concerned about the provisions of the amended Act. Additionally, it is advised that you present the Bank Company (Amendment) Act, 2013 for information at your next Board of Directors meeting.
