Company Matter No. 299 of 2019 (MM Structural and Holding Limited and others Vs. International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (ILFSL) and others)
Reference is drawn to Direction No. 4 provided in the Order No. 32, dated 24/05/2022, of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh on the subject matter. The Honorable Court has directed Bangladesh Bank to inform all scheduled banks and financial institutions about the subject matter of the said order. The direction is as follows:
The concerned banks and financial institutions shall submit a list of all loans and advances granted to the parties involved in the case.
In this regard, you are directed to take necessary action regarding the aforementioned order. A copy of the said court order is attached herewith.
