The deadline for applications for restructuring or rescheduling facilities for leather sector institutions relocated to the Savar Tannery Industrial Estate is extended to September 30, 2021, to account for the continued adverse impact of COVID-19 and the upcoming Eid-ul-Adha raw skin collection period. Applicants must still make a cash down payment to qualify for these facilities. All other instructions contained in BRPD Circular Letter No. 01/2021 remain unchanged.

We draw your attention to BRPD Circular Letter No.-01, dated January 06, 2021, and BRPD Circular Letter No.-22, dated April 12, 2021, on the subject mentioned above.
In accordance with the instructions mentioned in the aforementioned circular letters, the deadline for submitting applications for restructuring or rescheduling facilities, subject to cash payment of the down payment, by customers wishing to avail of such facilities for leather industry institutions relocated to the Savar Tannery Industrial Estate was set until June 30, 2021.
In the second installment, considering the continued adverse impact of COVID-19 and the issue of raw skin collection and preservation programs for animals sacrificed during the upcoming Eid-ul-Adha festival, the deadline for submitting applications for restructuring or rescheduling facilities by customers wishing to avail of such facilities, subject to cash payment of the down payment, has been extended to September 30, 2021.
In addition, all other instructions mentioned in BRPD Circular Letter No.-01/2021 will remain unchanged.
