Dear Sir,
Subject: Regarding the implementation of evening banking operations at bank branches.
Reference is made to BRPD Circular No. 18 dated November 29, 2012.
It is hereby instructed that evening banking operations at all bank branches where such operations were previously initiated with the approval of Bangladesh Bank (before and after the issuance of BRPD Circular No. 18/2012) shall remain suspended until further notice, in order to adhere to the government's declared revised office schedule for the purpose of electricity conservation.
This instruction is issued under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Companies Act, 1991.
