Dear Sir, Subject: Loan Classification. Your attention is drawn to BRPD Circular No. 17 issued on 28 September 2020 regarding the above subject. 02. Considering the overall business and economic losses due to the outbreak of COVID-19, as well as the damage suffered by loan/investment recipients who received rescheduling/one-time exit facilities under BRPD Circular No. 05/2019, it has been decided that the instructions of BRPD Circular No. 17/2020 will also be applicable to loans/investments that received rescheduling/one-time exit facilities under the said circular, including other loans/investments that received rescheduling/one-time exit facilities. In this case, only the portion of the repayment period for the loan/investment provided by the loan/investment recipient under rescheduling/one-time exit that falls between 01 January 2020 and 31 December 2020 will be considered deferred (maximum 180 days for one-time exit). 03. Other instructions mentioned in BRPD Circular No. 17/2020 will remain unchanged. 04. This instruction is issued under the power conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.
