2. Attention is drawn to BRPD Circular Letter No. 07 issued on February 23, 2022, and BRPD Circular Letter No. 02 issued on January 03, 2024.

3. The instructions in paragraphs 1.8 and 1.10(d) of "Guidelines on Internal Credit Risk Rating System" issued through BRPD Circular No. 16 dated October 30, 2018, were relaxed by BRPD Circular Letter No. 07/2022 until December 31, 2023. Subsequently, the validity period of the instructions of Circular Letter No. 07/2022 was extended to December 31, 2024 through BRPD Circular Letter No. 03/2024.

4. In order to facilitate the flow of necessary credit facilities from the banking sector and to continue the existing loan restructuring process for the smooth running of business and commerce nationwide, the validity period of the instructions of BRPD Circular Letter No. 07/2022 has been extended until June 30, 2025.

5. These instructions are issued under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.

These instructions shall take effect immediately.
