BRPD Circular No. 10: Displaying Complete Schedule of Charges and its Uploading in the Website

Banking Regulation and Policy Department Bangladesh Bank Head Office Dhaka June 30, 2009 BRPD Circular No. 10 Date: ----------------- Ashar 16, 1416 Chief Executives All Scheduled Banks in Bangladesh Dear Sir, Displaying complete Schedule of Charges and its uploading in the website As per instructions laid down in clause 10 and 11 of the letter issued by this department on September 30, 2008 banks are required to comply with the disclosure requirement and for the convenience of the clients to display the complete list of their Schedule of Charges at an easily visible place in their head office and branches and upload the same in their respective websites. But it is being observed that some banks/branches are not complying with the above instructions which is not desirable. In this circumstances you are requested to take effective measures for complete implementation and compliance of the said instructions.
