BRPD Circular No. 10: Ex-Bangladesh travel of bank officials and employees
The document prohibits bank-managing directors, chief executive officers, and other officers and employees from traveling outside Bangladesh until the next general election, except in cases of urgent necessity. This directive is issued under the powers granted by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991, and takes immediate effect.

Dear Sir,
Regarding the foreign travel of bank-company officers and employees.

Instructions are hereby given to avoid foreign travel for the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer and other officers and employees of bank-companies until the next general election is held, except in cases of urgent necessity.

This instruction is issued under the powers granted by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991.

This instruction shall take effect immediately.
