The document relaxes down payment requirements for rescheduling short-term agricultural credit, allowing rescheduling without down payment based on banker-customer relationships or in special cases. It permits the disbursement of new short-term agricultural credit facilities without any deposit after rescheduling and allows rescheduling during trial periods for certificate cases if those cases are withdrawn or settled through mutual agreement. These directives remain valid until December 2015 and apply to all scheduled banks in Bangladesh, taking effect immediately.
