Business Trust (Appeal Advisory Panel) Notification 2006

The Senior Minister of Singapore, Goh Chok Tong, appointed fifteen individuals to serve as members of the Appeal Advisory Panel under the Business Trusts Act. This notification, issued pursuant to section 89 of the Act, designates the panel members for a two-year term effective from 1st March 2006. The appointed members include Mr Eric Ang Teik Lim, Mr Chang See Hiang, Mrs Fang Ai Lian, and twelve others listed in the gazette notice.

No. 986 — BUSINESS TRUSTS ACT (CHAPTER 31A) APPEAL ADVISORY PANEL It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 89 of the Business Trusts Act, the Senior Minister, Goh Chok Tong, has appointed the following persons to serve as members of the Appeal Advisory Panel for a period of 2 years with effect from 1st March 2006:
