Draft Amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 45-108 respecting Crowdfunding

Canadian securities regulators amended the Policy Statement to Regulation 45-108 respecting Crowdfunding to mandate electronic transmission of documents. The amendment incorporates requirements from Regulation 13-103 respecting System Replacement, requiring filers to use the [Renewed System] for all submissions to regulators outside of Québec. This change aligns crowdfunding reporting obligations with the phased implementation of the new electronic filing infrastructure.
