The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control added nine individuals and two entities to the Specially Designated Nationals List. The designations target Iraqi nationals linked to Iran-backed militias such as Kata'ib Hezbollah and Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq, as well as Colombian individuals and companies facilitating the war in Sudan. These actions impose asset freezes and secondary sanctions risks under Executive Orders 13224 and 14098.
