The Central Bank of Brazil issues Joint Normative Instruction No. 2 to amend the Filling Instructions and Layout of Document 3050, which reports aggregated credit and leasing statistics to the Credit Information System (SCR). The regulation removes reporting requirements for minimum/maximum rates, new contract counts, and overdue levels for free and directed resources, while also excluding specific revolving credit card segments from the TXB layout. These changes, effective for the data base of January 7, 2022, update operational fee calculations and credit definitions, revoking Circular Letter No. 3,811 of 2017.
