LN 19 of 2025 Climate Change Act 2021 Commencement Notice
The Minister for Environment and Climate Change issued Legal Notice No. 19 of 2025 to formally activate specific sections of the Climate Change Act 2021. This notice appoints 4 April 2025 as the commencement date for Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 of the Act. The directive was signed on 2 April 2025, exercising powers conferred by section 1(2) of the legislation.
