The regulator withdrew Regulatory Guide 245 on 15 June 2021. This guide has been replaced by Information Sheet 256 regarding FAQs on ongoing fee arrangements. The withdrawal indicates that the previous fee disclosure requirements are now superseded by the new information sheet.
