The Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) suspended the registration of Massa Falida de Pomifrutias S.A. and Saraiva Livreiros S.A. - Falida for failing to provide required information to the regulator for over a year. This suspension prohibits the companies from having their securities admitted to trading on organized or unorganized markets. The CVM emphasized that the suspension does not exempt the companies, their controllers, or administrators from liability for infractions committed prior to the cancellation of their registration.

The Superintendence of Relations with Companies (SEP) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) informs that the registrations, in accordance with Article 21 of Law 6.385, of the following publicly held companies have been suspended:
MASSA FALIDA DE POMIFRUTAS S.A.
SARAIVA LIVREIROS S.A. - FAILED
This measure is due to the non-compliance, for more than one year, with the obligation to provide information to the Authority (as stipulated in CVM Resolution 80).
The SEP reminds that, while the respective registrations are suspended, the companies cannot have the securities they issued admitted to trading on regulated markets, namely: organized over-the-counter market, stock exchange, or unorganized over-the-counter market.
Reminder!
The suspension does not exempt the companies, their controllers, and administrators from responsibility arising from any infractions committed prior to the cancellation of the registration.
