Agreement of 2 December 2016 by the Executive Committee of the National Securities Market Commission revoking the Agreement of 5 October 2016 on delegation of powers
The Executive Committee of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) issued this agreement to revoke its previous decision from 5 October 2016 regarding the extraordinary delegation of its competencies. The revocation is necessitated by the recent appointment of the CNMV President and Vice President, which resolved the quorum issues that originally justified the delegation. This agreement enters into force upon its publication in the Official State Gazette.
