Circular No. 11/2025: Endorsement of Colonel Suleiman Al-Kurdi's Signature for National Security Forces Financial Transactions

Subject: Letter from the Commander of the National Security Forces
With reference to the above subject, please find attached a copy of the letter from Major General Ibrahim Khalil Al-Abd, Commander of the National Security Forces, regarding the endorsement of Colonel Suleiman Al-Kurdi's signature on transactions for facilities related to the National Security Forces, effective from May 4, 2025, according to the attached signature specimen.
Accordingly, you are requested to implement the legal requirements in accordance with standard procedures.
