Amendment to Policy Statement 12-202 Respecting Revocations of Certain Cease Trade Orders
The securities regulators amended Policy Statement 12-202 to align terminology with Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure. The changes insert a definition for fund report and remove the definition of MRFP from Section 2. Additionally, the document replaces references to interim and annual MRFPs with interim and annual fund reports in Sections 5 and 6.
