Cancellation of MAS Notices 911 and FSM-N15

The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued this notice to cancel MAS Notice 911 and MAS Notice FSM-N15 under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022. MAS Notices 911 and FSM-N15 (Cancellation) 2026 7 May 2026 CANCELLATION OF NOTICES ISSUED UNDER THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AND MARKETS ACT 2022 TO MONEY BROKERS

  1. This Notice is issued pursuant to sections 4(3) and 29(1)) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022 .
  2. The following Notices are cancelled with effect from 8 May 2026: (a) MAS Notice 911 on “Appointment and Register of Money Brokers” dated 24 February 1984; and (b) MAS Notice FSM-N15 on “Technology Risk Management” dated 9 May 2024.
