MAS Notices CBN02, CBN03 (Cancellation) 2024 Issue Date: 9 May 2024 CANCELLATION OF NOTICES ON TECHNOLOGY RISK MANAGEMENT AND ON CYBER HYGIENE ISSUED UNDER THE CREDIT BUREAU ACT 2016

  1. This Notice is issued under section 75(1) and (4) of the Credit Bureau Act 2016.
  2. The following Notices are cancelled with effect from 10 May 2024: (a) MAS Notice CBN02 “Notice on Technology Risk Management” dated 28 May 2021; (b) MAS Notice CBN03 “Notice on Cyber Hygiene” dated 28 May 2021.
