Cancellation of MAS Notices FAA-N18 and FAA-N21
MAS Notice FAA-N18 on Technology Risk Management and MAS Notice FAA-N21 on Cyber Hygiene are cancelled with effect from 10 May 2024. The cancellation applies to the notices originally issued on 21 June 2013 and 6 August 2019 respectively. This action is taken under section 67(1) and (4) of the Financial Advisers Act 2001.

- This Notice is issued under section 67(1) and (4) of the Financial Advisers Act 2001.
- The following Notices are cancelled with effect from 10 May 2024: (a) MAS Notice FAA-N18 “Notice on Technology Risk Management” dated 21 June 2013; (b) MAS Notice FAA-N21 “Notice on Cyber Hygiene” dated 6 August 2019.
