1. This Notice is issued under section 76(1) and (5) of the Trust Companies Act 2005.
2. The following Notices are cancelled with effect from 10 May 2024: (a) MAS Notice TCA-N05 “Notice on Technology Risk Management” dated 21 June 2013; (b) MAS Notice TCA-N06 “Notice on Cyber Hygiene” dated 6 August 2019.
