- This Notice is issued under sections 45(1), 46ZK(1), 81R(1), 81SV(1), 81ZL(1), 101(1), 123ZZB(1) and 293(1) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001.
- The following Notices are cancelled with effect from 10 May 2024: (a) MAS Notice CMG-N02 “Notice on Technology Risk Management” dated 21 June 2013 (last revised on 3 October 2018); (b) MAS Notice CMG-N03 “Notice on Cyber Hygiene” dated 6 August 2019.
