Cancellation of Prohibition on Transactions with the Iranian Government and with Iranian Financial Institutions
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued this notice pursuant to section 27B of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act. It formally cancels MAS Notice MA-N-EXT 1/2012 regarding prohibitions on transactions with the Iranian Government and Iranian Financial Institutions. The cancellation takes effect on 28 January 2016.

- This Notice is issued pursuant to section 27B of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186).
- MAS Notice MA-N-EXT 1/2012 on “Prohibition on Transactions with the Iranian Government and with Iranian Financial Institutions” dated 18 June 2012 is cancelled with effect from 28 January 2016.
