CB Circular 11/2008 on Non-Residents Money Market Activities
The Bank of Zambia requires all commercial banks to submit daily electronic reports on non-residents' domestic money market transactions. Submissions must use the attached ZM-NONRES format and be transmitted via the Bank Supervision Application to returns@boz.zm by 09:00 hours each working day. This mandatory reporting regime takes immediate effect to strengthen the central bank's oversight of cross-border financial activities.

NON-RESIDENTS MONEY MARKET ACTIVITIES
In enhancing its oversight on the financial system, the Bank of Zambia hereby advises all commercial banks that, with immediate effect, all commercial banks shall submit to the Bank of Zambia information in respect of non-residents’ activities in the domestic money markets in the format attached by 09:00 hrs every working day.
This information is required to be submitted electronically to the Financial Markets department of the Bank of Zambia through the secure Bank Supervision Application (BSA) using the email address returns@boz.zm
