Regulation to amend Regulation 44-101 respecting Short Form Prospectus Distributions
The Minister of Finance of Quebec approved regulations made by the Autorité des marchés financiers to update multiple securities rules, including Regulation 44-101 respecting Short Form Prospectus Distributions. These amendments require issuers to transmit documents through the new System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+) and update relevant forms to reflect the new platform's website. The changes come into force on June 9, 2023, to align Quebec regulations with the national electronic disclosure system.
