These designations target operatives exploiting Lebanon's cash economy and include maritime ventures and trading companies linked to Hizballah and the Al-Qard Al-Hassan Association. All listed parties are subject to secondary sanctions under Executive Order 13224 as amended by Executive Order 13886.
