Procedures for the Use of Supporting Professions in the Financial Services Sector

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) issued Regulation No. 44/PADK.01/2025 to establish detailed procedures for utilizing supporting professions within the financial services sector. This regulation implements POJK No. 5 of 2025 by defining administrative management, education programs, reporting mechanisms, and service restrictions for these professionals. It applies to supporting professions, their associations, competency providers, and all entities conducting activities in the financial services industry.
