Abstract: The Commissioner Member Regulation of the Financial Services Authority (PADK OJK) concerning Procedures for the Use of Supporting Professions in the Financial Services Sector is formulated to implement the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 5 of 2025 concerning Supporting Professions in the Financial Services Sector (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2025 Number 10/OJK, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 140/OJK).

The legal basis for this PADK OJK is: Law No. 21 of 2011 as amended by Law No. 4 of 2023; and POJK No. 5 of 2025.

This Commissioner Member Regulation regulates the procedures for the use of Supporting Professions in the Financial Services Sector as contained in: a. Appendix I which contains provisions on the administrative management of Supporting Professions in the Financial Services Sector, Professional Education Programs, and Continuous Professional Programs (PPL), the submission of periodic activity reports of Supporting Professions in the financial services sector through the Financial Services Authority's reporting system, and restrictions on the provision of services; and b. Appendix II which contains formats for submitting applications, notifications, and letters of statement related to administrative management activities of Supporting Professions on the Financial Services Authority's integrated licensing and registration system, as well as formats for Supporting Profession reports on the Financial Services Authority's reporting system.

Notes: This PADK OJK was established on December 19, 2025. This PADK OJK takes effect on March 3, 2026. This PADK OJK applies to Supporting Professions in the Financial Services Sector, Associations of Supporting Professions in the Financial Services Sector, providers of competency and knowledge fulfillment in the Financial Services Sector, and parties conducting activities in the Financial Services Sector.
