2025 Shared National Credit Program Report

The Federal Reserve, FDIC, and OCC issued the 2025 Shared National Credit Program report to streamline regulatory reporting by replacing qualitative text with quantitative charts that support the annual press release. The updated attachment expands industry breakdowns to twenty-one sub-sectors and details 2025 metrics, including $6.91 trillion in total commitments, $3.36 trillion in outstanding balances across 11,952 facilities, and a 30.4 percent year-over-year increase in non-accrual loans to $84.9 billion. By standardizing leveraged lending exposure, lender-type distributions, and credit quality trends for U.S. banks, foreign banking organizations, and other investors, the document provides a consolidated quantitative baseline for supervisory assessments.
