Provisions on reporting obligations regarding the issuance and offering of financial instruments
The Bank of Italy issued a provision on November 2, 2020, amending previous regulations to introduce new exclusions from reporting obligations for the issuance and offering of financial instruments. This measure modifies the dispositions established on August 25, 2015, and further amended on August 10, 2016, specifically targeting certain subjects and information timing. The provision entered into force 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic on November 14, 2020.
