Provisions on reporting obligations regarding the issuance and offering of financial instruments
The Bank of Italy issued a provision on November 2, 2020, amending previous regulations to introduce new exclusions from reporting obligations for the issuance and offering of financial instruments. This measure modifies the dispositions established on August 25, 2015, and further amended on August 10, 2016, specifically targeting certain subjects and information timing. The provision modifies the dispositions of August 25, 2015, as modified by the provision of August 10, 2016, introducing new cases of exclusion from the reporting obligations provided for by the dispositions in paragraph 2.2. The provision enters into force 15 days after the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic; it was published in the Official Gazette General Series no. 284 of 14-11-2020
