Central Bank of Jordan Circular on COBIT 2019 Implementation
The Central Bank of Jordan requires all licensed financial institutions to implement the COBIT 2019 framework for IT governance and management. Institutions must assess their current state, define a target state, and develop an implementation plan, with critical processes required to reach at least Capability Level 3. Licensed entities must submit a report to the Central Bank detailing their progress, current capability levels, and mitigation strategies for any challenges encountered.
