Central Bank of Jordan Circular on Financial Statements for 2021
The Central Bank of Jordan requires licensed insurance intermediaries, reinsurance intermediaries, insurance consultants, and underwriting agents to submit their final financial statements for the 2021 fiscal year within two weeks of the circular's date. Additionally, these entities must provide financial statements for the 2022 fiscal year within two months of the end of that fiscal year.

Subject: Financial Statements for 2021
Based on the provisions of Article No. (14) of the Instructions for Licensing Insurance Intermediaries and Regulating Their Work and Responsibilities and Amendments No. (11) of 2005, and the provisions of Clause (a) of Article No. (15) of the Instructions for Licensing Reinsurance Intermediaries and Regulating Their Work and Responsibilities and Amendments No. (4) of 2005, and the provisions of Clause (b) of Article No. (18) of the Instructions for Licensing Insurance Consultants and Regulating Their Work and Monitoring and Amendments No. (3) of 2005, and the provisions of Article No. (16) of the Instructions for Licensing Underwriting Agents and Regulating Their Work and Responsibilities and Amendments No. (4) of 2010.
We emphasize the necessity of providing us with the final financial statements for the fiscal year 2021 within two weeks from the date hereof, while reaffirming the necessity of providing us with the financial statements for the fiscal year 2022 within a period not exceeding two months from the date of the end of the fiscal year.
