Central Bank of Jordan Circular on License Revocation of Bank Al Etihad
The Central Bank of Jordan revoked the license of Bank Al Etihad PJSC (Jordan) effective as of the end of the day on March 11, 2021. The bank's assets and liabilities were transferred to Bank Al Etihad pursuant to an agreement signed between the two entities. This directive applies to all banks operating in the Kingdom.

Please be informed that the license granted to Bank Al Etihad PJSC (Jordan) has been revoked effective as of the end of the day on 11 / 3 / 2021, and its assets and liabilities have been transferred to Bank Al Etihad in accordance with the agreement signed between the two banks.
