The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized the change in the corporate name of Rural Bank of Bauang, Inc. to NORTH STAR BANK (A RURAL BANK) INC. on 03 March 2026. The Securities and Exchange Commission subsequently approved the Amended Articles of Incorporation and newly adopted By-Laws of the Bank, reflecting its new corporate name, on 13 April 2026.
